PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide green pepper juice from which quercitrin, a bitterness component, is removed and in which vitamin B6 is retained.;SOLUTION: Th present invention includes treating green pepper juice with a specific absorbing substance. A method for producing green pepper juice includes at least a resin treatment. The resin is an aromatic synthetic adsorption resin. A modal radius of pores of the aromatic synthesis adsorption resin is preferably 200Å or more. A method for removing a bitterness of a green pepper juice includes at least a resin treatment.
