PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing soybean curds, each of which has improved physical properties, or processed products thereof, and a preparation for modifying the soybean curds and the processed products thereof.SOLUTION: The method for producing soybean curds or processed products thereof comprises a step of using an oxidation-reduction enzyme and a metal and/or a metal-containing object. The oxidation-reduction enzyme to be used is glucose oxidase. The metal to be used is one or more selected from iron, zinc, magnesium and vanadium. The metal-containing object to be used is a metal-containing yeast. The metal-containing yeast is one or more selected from an iron-containing yeast, a zinc-containing yeast, a magnesium-containing yeast, and a vanadium-containing yeast.
