PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PID control device capable of automatically, quickly, and precisely setting a PID parameter, without occurrence of delay of an operation, and abnormal oscillation, in a servo control system for performing PID control which needs high speed responsiveness and high accuracy.SOLUTION: A phase and amplitude data of an operation amount of a PID control part 14 detected by a second amplitude detector 22, is subtracted from a phase and amplitude data of a control amount of a control object 16 detected by a first amplitude detector 20, thereby, differential data of phase and amplitude data which is a characteristic of the control object 16 is acquired, then based on the differential data, a limitation gain and limitation frequency are acquired, then based on the limitation gain and limitation frequency, a parameter of the PID is set.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
