PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a PID controller to control a process with high accuracy.;SOLUTION: In the tuning device 100, a virtual controller 51 and a virtual process 52 are modeled by using the operation data of an actual system comprising a controller 10 and a process 20.
