The production process of a polyolefin, adhesive, multi -layered film and extrusion process for the preparation of a polyolefin based adhesive this invention refers to a method of preparation of polyolefin based adhesives. In the method, a maletied polyolefin is mixed in sequence with a polyolefin elastomer and then with a low linear density polyethylene. The polyolefin -based adhesive, made according to the invention method, has better clarity and adherence in multi -layer polyolefin films.
