A recycling type environment-friendly, energy-saving and emission-reduction hot air drying system for gravure printing, comprising a gravure drying tunnel (5) and an air pipe (6, 7, 8, 9, 10). The gravure drying tunnel is divided, in a material conveying direction, into a plurality of drying oven units (1, 2, 3, 4) sequentially connected in series. A plurality of spray nozzles (12, 13, 14, 15) is provided in each drying oven unit. Each drying oven unit is provided with an air inlet (17, 19, 21, 23) and an air outlet (18, 20, 22, 24). Hot air enters the air inlet (17) of the drying oven unit (1) at a film discharging end through the air pipe (6), and the air inlets of the remaining drying oven units are respectively connected to the air outlets of the previous drying oven units. The air outlet (24) of the drying oven unit (4) at a film feeding end directly discharges air to the outside. The drying system greatly increases the energy utilization rate, the independent drying oven units ensure the drying effect, and energy consumption is reduced by recycling circulating hot air, so that the effects of energy conservation and emission reduction are achieved.
