The present invention relates to a reaction for simultaneously pyrolyzing an epoxy printed circuit board (e-PCB), high density polyethylene (HDPE), or polypropylene (PP) using an HZSM-5 or HY zeolite catalyst, and recovering oil which can be used as a fuel or raw material for chemical reactions. The present invention provides pyrolysis oil which greatly reduces the amount of brominated compounds which is a major problem in PCB decomposition, making the pyrolysis oil substantially usable as a fuel or a raw material for chemical reactions. Furthermore, the present invention has an effect of controlling the amount or selectivity of phenol or BTX of the pyrolysis oil produced by selecting the pore size and the acidity of the catalyst.
