The present invention provides a method for producing a Glycine max fermented composition fortified with GABA, conjugated linoleic acids and isoflavone aglycones; complex probiotics used therefor; and anti-diabetic and anti-obesity functional foods containing the Glycine max fermented composition as an active ingredient. The Glycine max fermented composition according to the present invention ensures significantly increased content of GABA, conjugated linoleic acids, and isoflavone aglycones (daidzein and genistein), has an excellent total content of phenolics, antioxidant activity, and digestive enzyme (hydrolyzing enzymes of carbohydrate and lipid) inhibitory activity, thereby having excellent anti-diabetic and anti-obesity effects and capable of being used as a material for functional foods and pharmaceuticals.
