45 Molecular marker for identifying Perilla cultivars and Perilla wild species based on the information of chloroplast genomes and 45S nrDNAs sequence and uses thereof

The present invention relates to a molecule marker for determining variety between perilla polyploids using chloroplast genome of perilla species and sequence information of 45S nuclear ribosomal (nr) DNA; a primer set; and a usage thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a primer set for determining diploid perilla wild species variety and tetraploid cultivated variety based on chloroplast genome of perilla species and sequence information of 45S nrDNA, a kit containing the primer set; a method for determining variety between perilla polyploids using the primer set; and a microarray for determining variety between perilla polyploids. According to the present invention, the primer set for determining variety between perilla polyploids using chloroplast genome of perilla species and sequence information of 45S nrDNA is useful in testing the origin of commercial perilla varieties and purity of varieties of the same.
