The present invention relates to a fertilizer composition for thinning fruits, having an effect of flower bud thinning, flower pruning, and fruit thinning to improve fruit quality and a method of thinning fruits with stable efficiency in fruit thinning and flower pruning by using an insecticide or a fungicide. The present invention exhibits stable fruit thinning effects even when people have missed the fruit thinning period as a flower opening is unstable due to atmospheric instability or rain, and thus is expected to reduce damage due to inadequate fruit thinning efficiency in fruit farms.
