A food monitoring method can be performed in an integrated food logistics system including a sensing node, a repeater, and a food monitoring server interconnected through a network. The food monitoring method comprises the steps of: receiving a first identifier of food scanned through a scanner and a second identifier of the sensing node; matching and storing, by the server, the first identifier and the second identifier; generating food environment information by sensing environment information of a first region in which the food is located through the sensing node; transmitting the second identifier and the food environment information to the food monitoring server through the repeater; retrieving, by the food monitoring server, reference environment information set for the food based on the second identifier; and determining, by the food monitoring server, the state of the food based on the reference environment information and the food environment information. The present invention allows a user to use safe food with reliability in food.
