A method for manufacturing broth and a method for manufacturing steamed seafood dish or steamed monkfish dish using the same according to the present invention uses medicinal herbs, seafoods, monkifish, and squid ink, thereby being able to boost energy of a person taking thereof and removing unique smell of medicinal herbs, seafoods, monkifish, and squid ink. Especially, by using dried roots of Polygonatum odoratum, Cornus officinalis, Schisandra chinensis, green tea leaves, and Laurus nobilis leaves in broth, therefore, it is possible to effectively remove unique smell of medicinal herbs, seafoods, monkifish, and squid ink.
