PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microorganism having improved growth ability at high temperature. SOLUTION: An acetobacter in which any of the following genes (a) to (c) in a chromosome is disrupted or the expression of the gene is suppressed. (A) Histidine kinase gene that constitutes a two-component regulatory system encoded by a base sequence consisting of a specific sequence; (b) Response control factor kdpE that constitutes a two-component regulatory system encoded by a base sequence consisting of a specific sequence.
