PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device of mashed-soybean soup capable of extracting flavoring unique to soybean, and even when a defoamant is used, suppressing foam formation, and preventing an uneven boiling state.SOLUTION: A heating device of mashed-soybean soup of the invention is configured to: grind and crush soybean by a normal grinding device and crush device except for an in-liquid grinding device for producing a puree-state or slurry-state mashed-soybean soup; transfer the mashed-soybean soup by a transfer pump quantitatively via a connection pipe; and supply steam continuously to the connection pipe for heating, by using a steam injection type, or steam infusion type, or steam ejector type first steam type heating device 5, then, transfer the mashed-soybean soup to a batch type cooking can N which is a second steam type heating device being used immediately after.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
