摘要

A method for detecting the adulteration of fibrate lipid-lowering chemicals in tea leaves by means of a high-performance thin-layer chromatography combined with a bioluminescent method, which relates to the technical field of food detection. The method comprises steps of: preparing a standard product solution of bezafibrate and ciprofibrate and a tea leaf sample; pre-washing a thin-layer plate and then performing HPTLC sample application; performing HPTLC separation to move target objects that are originally mixed together to different positions of the thin-layer plate according to differences in the molecular structures thereof so as to form physical isolation; and then multiple targets in samples may be conveniently simultaneously detected according to luminous strains coupled with the thin-layer plate by means of an impregnation method. The described detection method has the advantages of being economical, rapid, simple and convenient.
