An import/export assistance system 1 comprises: a reception means 91 which receives a registration of a product to be exported from an exporting country; an extraction means 92 which refers to a history that is recorded in a database having import/export histories recorded therein, and that shows that a product of the same type as the product to be exported, the registration of which has been received, was imported/exported from the exporting country to an importing country, wherein the extraction means 92 extracts, from the history, import/export information used to import and export the product to be exported; a data conversion means 93 which converts the extracted import/export information into a data format; and an output means 94 which outputs the import/export information that has been converted into the data format.
