The invention relates to a method for evaluating professional, scientific and behavioural characteristics of subjects, university graduate persons, used in human-resources information systems which process a high volume of data of a complex structure, comprising: a step for evaluating a subject in an information system of a human-resources service provider, which is provided with an expert system offering an automatic procedure for comparing the subject's data with the requirements of a project, a step for converting and exporting data from the above-mentioned information system to an information carrier, preferably an SD card, and a step for importing and restoring the data from said information carrier into an information system of a customer; to a process for the conversion, encryption/decryption and restoring of data in order to execute the step of data conversion from the information system of the provider onto the information carrier and the step of data restoring into customer's information system; to a computer program product for executing the conversion, encryption/decryption and restoring of data; to an information carrier on a magnetic support to be used together with the method, the process and the computer program product and to an expert system for applying the above-mentioned method and process and for executing the computer program-product.
