The present invention relates to a device for removing a fastener (12) installed in a borehole of a structure, said device comprising: - a base (20) able to be fixed to the structure; and - a guide device, defining a cylindrical passage (78) and comprising: - a support (48) provided with first means of removable assembly with the base in a first assembled configuration; - a locking element (74), movable relative to the support; and - a device (83, 84) for adjusting an axial position of the blocking element with respect to the support, up to a blocked configuration corresponding to bringing said blocking element into contact with the fixing (12), so as to block said fixing in rotation relative to the structure.
