The device has fixed trim parts (1, 4) equipped with an attachment unit (7) e.g. Zipper(RTM: Slide fastener), to integrate removable trim parts (2, 3, 5). The fixed parts accommodate a half of the Zipper(RTM: Slide fastener) with a fabric strip adhered directly to an existing foam to protect the foam at a location of junction of the fixed and removable parts. The removable parts include another half of the Zipper(RTM: Slide fastener) on a periphery so as to adapt the latter half to the former half.
