A method and apparatus for monitoring a credit risk in a warehouse receipt pledge. The method comprises: obtaining a pre-loan prediction distribution map according to historical price data, different credit risk control parameter values, and a warehouse receipt pledge credit risk monitoring model; or obtaining an in-loan monitoring distribution map according to real-time price data, different credit risk control parameter values, and a warehouse receipt pledge credit risk monitoring model (102), the pre-loan prediction distribution map and the in-loan monitoring distribution map comprising: different credit evaluation index values corresponding to different credit risk control parameter values; receiving the optimal credit evaluation index value determined by a user by means of the pre-loan prediction distribution map, and predicting the optimal credit risk control parameter value according to the optimal credit evaluation index value; or performing, according to the in-loan monitoring distribution map, a risk monitoring and processing operation on a credit transaction of a warehouse receipt pledge that is being conducted (103). The technical solution improves the accuracy and efficiency of monitoring of the credit risk of a warehouse receipt pledge, thereby promoting the development of a warehouse receipt pledge financing business.
