PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid lead-out device capable of spreading a fluid jetted from a jet-flow port over a prescribed range by suppressing reduction in the flow rate.;SOLUTION: A fluid lead-out device 1 comprises: a flow passage tube 10 in which a fluid flows; a jet-flow port 11 for jetting the fluid flowing in the flow passage tube 10; and a diffusion member 20 disposed in the jet-flow port 11.
