Pesticide Exposure and Health Effects in Young Children, Part 1. Pesticide Data

Understanding and evaluating the nature of pesticide exposure to the pediatric211u001epopulation of national interest and highly relevant to U.S./Mexico border 211u001eresidents. To identify potential exposure areas for future studies, the first 211u001estep was to inventory and gather existing agricultural and pesticide usage 211u001einformation in countries within 100 kilometers of the U.S./Mexico border. The 211u001eresulting data and estimates of past pesticide usage can be used to provide a 211u001erelative measure of exposure potential to residents living within the study area.
