This report presents a summary of the most simificant results obtained in the research staff of the Department of Aeronautical Engineering and Applied Mechanics at the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn on the subject contract.nPart I contains a summary of the important results obtained on both the theoretical and experimental phases of the program.nPart II presents a list of all technical reports published under the subject contract. Each title is followed by an abstract, concise remarks relative to the significance of the results, and a comparison with the results of other investigations if applicatle.
