A steelmaker in north Japan bought the 1,200 mt cargo of Indian origin lumpy fer-rochrome for October-December delivery to Muroran in Hokkaido via a tender that closed August 30. The tender was initially planned jointly with another north Japan steelmaker, but the second mill decided not to buy ferrochrome this time.
