Application of oilcake powder with green leaf extract on the growth of Rhizoctonia solanl

摘要

The rice sheath blight fungus, Rhizoctonia solani was grown on medium containing neem, gingelly and ground nut cakes and Crotalaria juncea, Calotropis gigantia and Phaseolus trilobus extracts in different combinations. Calotropis restricted the fungalgrowth to a maximum extent. Maximum reduction in the growth of R. solani was found in the medium containing the extracts of neem cake.
