Canada's National Energy Board has approved the Canadian portion of Enbridge Inc.'s C2-billion Alberta Clipper Expansion project that will move about 450,000 barrels per day "of raw bitumeh to the United States.But Alberta's Opposition parties and labour groups slammed the project because it amounts to exporting refining jobs from the province.
