EIA:Much new oil supply to come online through 2010

The world is already reacting to high oil prices,but the reaction is not smothering demand for new supplies.The U.S.Energy Information Administration's (EIA)new short-term energy outlook (to 2007)shows the growth rate for oil slowed in 2005 relative to world gross national product,Guy F.Caruso,EIA administrator,said at the Cambridge Eergy Research Associates conference in Houston recently.
