A Ni-base inorganic lubricant film coated galvannealed steel sheet (PZA-N) was newly developed to meet the needs of the automotive industry, especially for improving press form ability with low cost. PZA-N provides not only enhanced formabilityproperties but also good performances for automotive body panel, such as, spot weldability, phosphatability, paintability and corrosion resistance. In this paper, the beneficial effects of lubricity of Galvannealed steel sheet by the Ni-base inorganicfilm are also discussed.
