摘要

Polycrystalline samples YMn_(1-x)Al_xO_3 with different Al doping concentration were synthesized by standard solid-state reaction. Effect of Al doping on the magnetic properties was studied. Magnetization measurements show that the magnetization increases, while the calculated frustration factor decreases with the doping content of Al ~(3+) ion increasing. And the spin-glass behavior becomes more and more obvious with increasing the Al doping content. These results were ascribed to the broken exchange path between Mn ions by Al doping.
