Look at the weather forecast and take your own meteorological measurements to efficiently control the climate within the greenhouse. In general the growing conditions in a greenhouse are mostly influenced by the outside climate and the grower has just a limited number of possibilities to alter the climate from within. During the winter, for example, this can be by heating and sometimes lighting while in the summer the greenhouse can be ventilated and in some cases screened to overcome high temperatures. And still the crop has to do most of the work, in particular to transpire to cool the greenhouse. A house in full sunshine without a crop quickly develops a tropical temperature.
