THE PERCEIVED IMPACT OF THE FARMING SYSTEMS RESEARCH AND EXTENSION (FSR/E) NON-DEGREE TRAINING COURSE ON STAFF TRAINEES

摘要

Staff-trainees perceived the FSR/E Non-degree Training to have given them knowledge/skills "to a large extent"; deemed these to be "very useful" and as a whole, perceived the Training to have contributed "significantly" to previous basic knowledge/experience. On the other hand, farmer-cooperators rated the crops and livestock interventions introduced by trainees with "medium impact", it is therefore surmised that results of this study will provide fresh insights and new directions to programme planners, policy-makers and implementors.
