We analyze the impact of the evolution of the demand on the location of agricultural productions within the European Union. Agricultural productions tend to concentrate near the cities to minimize the access costs to the market. The location of productions strongly supported by the Common Agricultural Policy program is less dependent on transport costs. These productions (milk-bovine meat and cereals) are less concentrated geographically than other products.
