Kuwaiti lawmakers are to vote next Wednesday on a motion of “no co-opera- tion” against Prime Minister Sheikh Nasser al-Mohammad al-Sabah. If the vote suc- ceeds, the emir of Kuwait could either dis- solve parliament and call new elections, or sack the prime minister.
