Valero Sees Q2 Loss

Valero Energy, the largest US refiner, said on Tuesday it would post a second-quarter loss due to weak market conditions. It also said it would indefinitely delay two expansion projects and would issue 40 million shares to help fund its $2.5 billion capital spending program in 2009.
