摘要

This work describes the implementation of a control and monitoring system for a fatigue test bed of automotive parts. The test bed consists of a reconfigurable metallic framework and three electromechanical servo actuators that can be positioned at different locations. The monitoring and control system consists basically of a real time controller, high precision load cells and a program developed in a virtual instrumentation platform. The tests of the automotive parts require the application of constant amplitude sinusoidal loads. To design the control system, the dynamic performance of the test bed was studied using frequency response experiments. Based on this, a proportional control was implemented to regulate the amplitude of the loads. The system showed an adequate performance under different tests.
