摘要

The reactive power generations play an important role for electrical power system voltage stability margins. The static var compensators and other reactive power resources were used for voltage stability enhancements. In this work, modeling, control, analysis, and stability enhancement of interconnected AC-DC power systems were presented. The proposed study will cover modeling, control, AC-DC power flow and steady state stability of different configurations of AC-DC systems. The proposed study was introduced the system model of different HVDC system configurations, HVDC system control characteristics, AC-DC power flow of different AC-DC system configurations, AC-DC system Stability enhancement. The proposed object is to study and enhance AC-DC system operations and stability. The results obtained illustrate the strength of the proposed model.
