FEAR THE COLOMBIANS, along with the Russian and the new Englishman. OK, maybe that's a stretch, but the balance of international power in the Verizon IndyCar Series has certainly shifted, particularly in terms of participant numbers. There are four Colombian drivers in the series for the first time in history- and that represents the most from one country this side of the U.S., which has five or six regulars, depending on whether it's an oval track or a road course.
