Charlie Widdis outlines how salinity was discovered and the pasture systems that have been introduced to maximise plant water use. BOONDARI is a 1700 hectare property, which lies at the base of the Liverpool Ranges in north-west New South Wales, Soils on the property are rich and fertile.
