An unusual case of torsion hydrosalpinx after hysterectomy- A case report

Torsion hydrosalpinx is a rare condition and can pose as a diagnostic dilemma. This report describes an unusual case of a 51-year-old hysterectomised woman with torsion hydrosalpinx who presented with lower abdominal discomfort and problems with micturition. Twisted hydrosalpinx should be included in the differential diagnosis of lower abdominal pain in patients with adnexal mass.
