摘要

A system for precisely measuring human skin in three dimensions has been developed and applied to evaluate the performance of an eye wrinkle reduction appliance. The system consists of a rangefinder, a face support stage and a personal computer.The non-contact pattern-shift rangefinder uses white light that is safe for human eyes. A sinewave pattern is projected onto the face and the image is captured by a high-resolution CCD camera. A 3D shape is generated by combining data from four images ofa successively shifted sine wave pattern. The rangefinder has a resolution of 25pm in the X and Y axis and l5μm in the Z axis. An application program has been developed for Windows 3.1/95 that extracts a wrinkle from this image and measures the wrinkle's length, width, depth and volume.
