Total prepares for US $1 Bn Angola deep

Total is preparing for the next major project to maximise declining production from deepwater Angola-the US $1 Bn Dalia debottlenecking development. The company is pursuing a series of developments to try and resurrect crude output from the producing projects on Block 17 and is sending out requests for expressions of interest for Dalia Debottlenecking. This involves brownfield work to four modules on the existing FPSO with Amec, Ponticelli, Saipem, Subsea 7 and Technip all understood to be interested.
