Total prequalifies for new Angolan Dalia phase

Total is moving further ahead with the US $1 Bn Dalia Debot-tlenecking project off Angola and is prequalifying contractors. As previously reported by AOG, the French operator has already chosen Doris for the detailed design and procurement services for the development. It is one of a series planned on Block 17 to counteract declining production from ageing fields. The prequalification process is now ongoing for brownfield work to four modules on the existing FPSO and for installation using a heavy lift vessel.
