UL Standard Proposals, Recent Revisions & North American Harmonization Activities

A review of upcoming standards proposals and recently published revisions is important so that both manufacturers and users are aware of the changes and understand the ramifications of the changes. This will enable them to take the appropriate steps to ensure that the wire and cable manufactured to these standards continues to comply with the requirements. Interested parties can also participate in the standards development process by making proposals or making comments on proposals to further the interests of the industry from a safety perspective.
