CIHT proves it is an inclusive group

Despite working in transport planning for a number of years since university, I am relatively new to the world of CIHT. I am writing this letter on the subject of inclusivity and why CIHT has proved so welcoming. My undergraduate background was social work, specialising in adults and older people with disabilities. My journey into the profession was more by luck than judgement; although it is fair to say you do not have to look that hard to find the synergies.
