On May 4, the Commission issued an order denying rehearing of two orders from the Director of FERC’s Office of Energy Projects authorizing Atlantic Coast Pipeline LLC’s (CP15-554) Atlantic Coast Project and Dominion Energy Transmission Inc.’s (CP15-555) Supply Header Project to proceed with construction in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and North Carolina.
