On November 23, the Commission issued a notice that rehearing was timely requested of the Commission’s unpublished letter order issued on September 24, authorizing Algonquin Gas Transmission, LLC (CP16-9) to place into service the remaining Atlantic Bridge facilities, including the Weymouth Compressor, and in absence of Commission action on the request for rehearing within 30 days from the date the request was filed, the request for rehearing was deemed denied.
