Purpose - The serious friction caused by the fluctuation of friction occurs when start-up and will reduce the positioning accuracy of the servo axes of high precision machine tools, the purpose of this paper is to study the friction fluctuation characteristics of friction coefficients between interfaces under different working conditions.
