At the recent AGM of the Nova Scotia Woodlot Owners and Operators Association, Andy Kekacs, the group's executive director, introduced the keynote speaker as "Dr. Love" -an unlikely moniker for a professor of Environmental andNatural Resource Social Sciences in the University of NewBrunswick's faculty of Forestry and Environmental Management. But the speaker, Tom Beckley, ultimately lived up to the name.
