AIM: To determine useful imaging features for differentiating hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) categorised as LR-M from non-HCC malignancies in using the Liver Imaging-Reporting and Data System (LI-RADS) version 2018 on gadoxetic acid-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
