Dieffenbacher to expand and modernise Swedish biogas plant

VafabMiljb,the municipal waste association of Vastmanland County in Sweden,has commissioned Dieffenbacher to expand and modernise its biogas plant in Vasteras,100 kilometres west of Stockholm.With the update,the plant's capacity will increase from 23,000 tons per year of household food waste and grass to 40,000 tons per year.Dieffenbacher's scope of supply includes a delivery bunker,sand separator,suspension tank and an anaerobic digester,as well as centrifuges for thickening.
